General information
Born of a technical requirement to manage rainwater, De la Cité park covers 96 hectares and has a large lake, a pumping station and grassy areas with modulated terrain. Adjoining this vast central space are woodlands, wetlands and peatlands. Year-round activities include hiking, cycling, pedal boating, skating, snowshoeing, tubing and skiing. Equipment can be rented on site. In addition, the park presents seasonal programming and various other special events, such as Fête de la Saint-Jean-Baptiste and Lac en fête.
